❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • For customized or personalized products, cancellation may not be allowed once printing has started.

📦 Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products.
  • The standard return window is 7 days from delivery (unless otherwise mentioned on the product page).
  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our registered address.
  • Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must share clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
