All personalized orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days across India. - Shipping Partners
We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, Ekart, and India Post depending on serviceability. - Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: ₹49–₹79 (depends on product & location)
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. - Damaged Product Policy
If a product arrives damaged, customers must inform us within 24 hours with photos/video proof for replacement. - No Return/Exchange for Personalized Items
Since we print items based on customer photos, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
